Many Chinese, when on business trips to the UK, arrange their itinerary to enable them to have a couple of days for sightseeing in the country on completion of the business element of their trip and before returning to China.

Most businesses are very generous and willing to fund and arrange additional programmes for their Chinese business partners in the interests of further developing mutual cooperation between the parties for the future but often find that they do not have the resources, and in some cases the knowledge of what the Chinese would like to do, to arrange a specialist programme.

For the business element of the trip some companies find it difficult to source competent and professional interpreters for the important meetings or guided tours around manufacturing facilities, which can result in both parties not gaining the full benefit and understanding from the meetings. We can provide you the essential interpreting resources for your business meetings with the Chinese as well as translation services for follow up correspondence if required.

For the non business element of the trip we can coordinate visits at any time of the year, especially looking after visitors for weekend packages. We make all of the relevant arrangements for the trip on your behalf, arranging hotels, travel, visits and where relevant entrance fees, meals, tour guides, interpreters and drivers within the budget that you allocate and present you with a complete costed itinerary, set of final accounts and receipts for the package for final payment. This releases your staff from the need to arrange trips, spending time in researching venues and events, finding relevant qualified guides and interpreters and trying to understand the intricacies of Chinese culture. We are able to negotiate very cost effective hotel accommodation, entrance to attractions, shopping in locations that the Chinese are keen to visit and which are "Chinese friendly" and transportation through our network of contacts in many fields. All trips are escorted with qualified Chinese tour guides and, where relevant, additional interpreters.

We carry out Chinese Cultural Training programmes for key staff of UK and European businesses who will come into contact with the visitors as well as arranging Western Cultural Training programmes for the Chinese to be familiar with the cultures they are visiting.
